Shipping & Delivery Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If your order is denied, we will refund your payment immediately.
Shipping Rate: Postage is calculated when you put an item into your shopping cart. You may review the postage and the available shipping services during checkout or while reviewing your shopping cart.
We offer one type of shipping service: Register Mail Service.

We use Hong Kong Post as our carrier.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (Excluding the postage).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Item(s) received different from you order?
Occasionally wrong packages are shipped by accident. Please contact us regarding the issue and ship the item back to us for exchange. We will reimburse the returning postage to you. The maximum reimbursement is the amount of postage we charged to you before. Please ship with a shipping service with a traceable tracking number.
The following steps will ensure a smooth return:
1. Contact our customer service prior to any returning items.
2. Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging.
3. Ship prepaid via local post office or UPS.
4. Please retain your tracking number.
5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The following orders are not returnable:

Once AmimonoHeadcovers.com have received your return, we will conduct an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
Items incorrectly shipped to AmimonoHeadcovers.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from AmimonoHeadcovers.com will not be accepted.

If you need a quick exchange, you may consider using Speed Exchange service. Speed exchanges must take place within 30 days of the original purchase. We will charge you for the new merchandise ordered and postage. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise. We'll credit your account once we receive it. Please note that Speed Exchanges can only be processed and sent to the original address. Quick Checkout is not available for Speed Exchange orders.
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any shipping related damage immediately to the carrier. Unless otherwise noted, merchandise can be returned for any reason if within 7 days of the ship date. Customer is responsible for return postage. AmimonoHeadcovers.com offers Limited Lifetime Warranty for all products sold by AmimonoHeadcovers.com. The receipt or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem must be included. The returned product will be inspected. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Limited Warranty, the sole remedy is repair or replacement, at our option.
